At Chalet, we want you to be completely enamored with your home curation. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap and box to ensure they remain undamaged during the transit back to our warehouse.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
